Commercial information

Website content describes general capabilities and does not guarantee equipment, drivers, a specific lane, pickup or delivery time, temperature program, emergency response or acceptance of any shipment. Capacity is confirmed only after Done & Out reviews the commodity, equipment, route, schedule, trailer condition, insurance and applicable operating requirements.

Quotes and transportation services

A website submission is a request for review, not a binding quote or service agreement. Rates, capacity and service details become binding only through an authorized written confirmation, rate confirmation, bill of lading, transportation agreement or other applicable document.

Shipper information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment details, including commodity, weight, dimensions, temperature set point, handling instructions, pickup and delivery appointments and any special requirements.

Driver profiles

Submitting a CDL-A driver profile is not an offer or guarantee of employment. Candidates may be asked to complete a separate formal application, authorizations, disclosures, safety-history review and other lawful qualification steps.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use automated systems to abuse the forms.
