Refrigerated FTL is at the core of our operation. Dry van capacity, dedicated lanes, trailer pools, regional shuttle service and 24/7 emergency response give shippers one asset-based carrier for planned and time-critical freight.
Primary service · Temperature-controlled FTL
Dedicated use of a 53-foot reefer trailer for fresh, chilled, frozen and temperature-sensitive freight. Before accepting each load, Done & Out reviews the commodity, set point, route, schedule and written handling requirements.
Shipment acceptance depends on commodity, temperature, route, timing, equipment, insurance and operating requirements.
General freight · FTL
Dedicated 53-foot dry van capacity for packaged foods, beverages, dry ingredients, packaging, consumer products and compatible general freight. Full truckload service supports direct routing and controlled handling from pickup through delivery.
Recurring lanes · Planned capacity
Tractors, trailers and operating support planned around recurring lanes, seasonal demand or contract volume. Each program is sized around frequency, equipment needs, appointments and the customer's actual operation.
Flexible loading · Less driver dwell
Clean dry vans or approved reefer trailers can be positioned at a plant, warehouse or distribution center so the customer can load or unload on its schedule. Programs are designed around volume, dwell, security, temperature and equipment availability.
Recurring movements · Facility to facility
Scheduled reefer or dry-van movements between plants, yards, warehouses and distribution centers. Programs can combine preloaded trailers, drop-and-hook rotation and repeat schedules based on route frequency and operating requirements.
Time-critical response · Dispatch 24/7
When another carrier cancels, a tractor breaks down, volume exceeds planned capacity or freight must leave immediately, Done & Out evaluates the shipment and mobilizes available tractors, drivers and equipment. We can repower a compatible roadworthy loaded trailer or provide an available company reefer or dry van for approved freight.
Emergency acceptance depends on current driver and equipment availability, trailer condition, cargo, route and operating requirements.
Your trailer · Our power
The customer provides a compatible roadworthy trailer; Done & Out provides the tractor and qualified driver. Use it for planned power-only moves or to recover a loaded trailer when the original tractor can no longer complete the trip.
Priority transit · Tight appointments
Priority truckload service for shipments with limited pickup or delivery windows. Dispatch reviews the route, available driver hours of service, equipment and appointment requirements before confirming the fastest compliant operating plan.

Every tractor-trailer combination receives a pre-trip inspection before departure. GPS location and trip progress are monitored in real time, and reefer temperature data is monitored remotely on temperature-controlled shipments.
